End of the year be the right time for some people to vacation, but because of the amount of work that I have to finish so end of the year holidays were suspended until the beginning of the year. Bandung is the original purpose, but things are not always as planned. The initial goal of Java changed to Kepulauan Riau. Agreed date was repeatedly postponed.
When the time comes, both I and my cousin go up from Palembang to Batam. Finally we arrived in Batam Hang Nadim airport at 7 pm and immediately picked up toward the uncle's house at Batu Aji region.

All day we were toured at Batam, try some Batam culinary, shopping in the Nagoya area till tired and go back home.
After my sister arrived at Batam we also plan to go to Singapore. And we immediately booked a ticket to Singapore.

On arrival in Singapore we joined a tour guide and tour around Singapore. Merlion is not the only Singapore landmark, there is the Marina Bay Sands which also Singapore landmarks.
With a small area and a small population, Singapore well organized. Rapid development and activity of a dense population do not spoil the ambiance, Singapore still clean.
Tired of walking around, we were preparing to go back to Indonesia via the Harbor Front.
About an hour later, we arrived at Batam and preparing to go home.
